NRTH Proxy
Privacy
This text summarises how the company providing the service handles personal data. Use the support channels for questions about your account.
What we collect. The e-mail address, name and password digest you give when creating an account; orders and balance movements; support conversations; usage counters (daily bytes and request counts per proxy user).
Connection records. As required by law, the metadata of every proxy connection — time, client IP address and port, destination host and port (the requested address for unencrypted HTTP), bytes transferred and request count — is retained for the legally required period with integrity protection. Transferred content is not recorded. These records are disclosed only upon a lawful request from a competent authority and are not shown in the customer panel.
Purpose. Providing and billing the service, preventing abuse and meeting legal obligations.
Retention. Account data for as long as the account exists, usage counters for 400 days, connection records for the legally required period.
Sharing. Your data is not sold; it is shared only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service and, where the law requires it, with competent authorities.
Your rights. You may access and correct your data and delete your account; ask through support.
